How come that after all these "verifications," scammers are still allowed to create accounts, contact translators directly, post fake questions at KudoZ, or post legally dubious AI-training job ads?

If these are all symptoms of "site bugs," then ProZ has a serious infection, and not only are translators/users not informed about it, but it also seems nothing is being done and/or the ProZ staff is unaware of it all.
