MT restrictions

This looks like an interesting tool. Like many others, my SLCs with clients prohibit the use of MT. I am wondering if this involves any online functions that would involve sending information about the text to the RYSTUDIO developers.
To put it another way, if I can prove to myself that it is entirely local I would like to give it a whirl, but not if that risks incurring the ire of my clients.
