A. Alcance
1. Los Recursos de Información Tecnológica de la Compañía son críticos para el éxito empresarial, y se provee para su uso relacionado a los negocios de la Compañía. Todos los Recursos de Información Tecnológica deben ser utilizados para promover los negocios de la Compañía, y no deben ser usados por ningún empleado de la Compañía para propósitos personales o para conducir otros negocios que no sean los de la Compañía.
2. Para facilitar y agilizar las comunicaciones comerciales y para ayudar a conducir los negocios de la Compañía, esta provee a sus empleados acceso a Recursos de Información Tecnológica los cuales pueden incluir pero no están limitados a los siguientes: PDA’s, teléfonos celulares, cámaras digitales, computadoras o estaciones personales, incluyendo “laptops” y “notebooks”, computadoras mini y “mainframes”, “hardware” relacionado, tales como “disks drives” o “tape drives”; “software” de conectividad o configuraciones que puedan ser instaladas en una computadora personal tales como conexión “dial up” a un servidor de acceso remoto (RAS) u otro; toda la data e información almacenada en computadoras; servidores de red; equipo secundario tales como impresoras, “scanners” y “módems”; máquinas facsímile; programas “software” de computadoras y archivos y data asociados a estos, tales como el Intranet de la Compañía, el Internet y el World Wide Web (WWW), correo de voz y el correo electrónico.

El uso no autorizado o inapropiado de, o actos dañinos hacia, los Recursos de Tecnología e Información y/o la data creada, generada, publicada (“posted”) o almacenada en ellos expone a la Compañía a diversos riesgos, incluyendo pérdidas financieras, desventajas competitivas y/o a responsabilidad criminal, civil. y/o administrativa.
4. Todos usuarios (incluyendo, pero no limitado a empleados, contratistas con acceso a los sistemas de información, personal administrativo, clerical, secretarial, staff y ejecutivos) con acceso a y/o que utilizan los Recursos de Información Tecnológica de la Compañía deben cumplir con esta política y seguir todas las reglas aplicables al uso de estos sistemas y recursos.
5. Todas las disposiciones de este Reglamento serán extensivas al uso de y acceso a todos los Recursos de Información propiedad de la Compañía, se encuentren o no en los predios de esta, incluyendo pero sin limitarse, a sus oficinas regionales y aquellos Recursos de Información que aunque no sean propiedad de la Compañía utilicen los sistemas de la red de comunicación de la misma irrespectivo del origen o destino de la transmisión, documento, mensaje, información, etc.

A. Scope
1. The Company’s Information Technology Resources are crucial for management success, and they are provided so that they can be used for Company’s business. All Information Technology Resources must be used to promote Company’s business, and they should not be used by any employee for personal purposes or to manage any other businesses than those of the Company.
2. In order to facilitate and speed up commercial communications and to help in managing Company’s business, the Company provides access to Information Technology Resources to its employees, which may include but are not limited to the following: PDA’s, cell phones, digital cameras, computers or personal stations, including laptops and notebooks, mini computers and mainframes, related hardware, such as disks drives or tape drives; connecting software or configurations that may be installed in a personal computer such as dial up connection to a Remote Access Server (RAS), or other; all the data and the information stored in computers; network servers; secondary equipment such as printers, scanners and modems; fax machines; computer software programs and files and data linked to them, such as Company’s Intranet, Internet and World Wide Web (WWW), voice mail and e-mail.
3. It is necessary to protect the Information Technology Resources and the data created or stored in them against its possible destruction, theft or misuse. The inadequate or unauthorized use of the Information Technology Resources and/or the data created, posted or stored in them exposes the Company to certain risks, including financial loss, competitive disadvantages and/or criminal, civil and/or administrative action.
4. All users (including, but not limited to employees, contractors with access to the information systems, management, executive, secretarial and office staff) with access to the Company’s Information Technology Resources must observe this policy and follow all the regulations concerning the use of these systems and resources.
5. All the dispositions under this Agreement will be extensive to the use and access of all Information Resources owned by the Company, should they be or not within its estate, including but not limited to its regional offices and those Information Resources that, although not owned by the Company, uses its communication network systems without minding the origin or destiny of the transmission, document, message, information, etc.

The Working Group on Indigenous Populations recommends the Sub-Commission on the Promotion and Protection of Human Rights to take into account the following comments when preparing the documents requested by the Human Rights Council (HRC).
Under GA Res/60/251, para.6, the HRC is required to undertake a two-stage process. First, it must review all mandates, mechanisms, functions and responsibilities of the Commission. On the basis of that review, which should be completed by the spring of 2007, the HRC may improve and rationalise the mandates, mechanisms etc. Any modification to existing practices and procedures must maintain a system of Special Procedures, expert advice and a complaint procedure and requires a specific decision of the HRC. In other words, where no such decision has been taken, the existing system will remain in place.
The HRC in Decision 2006/102 has requested the Sub-Commission to produce a paper giving its own vision and recommendations for future expert advice to the Council and a list, indicating the status of on-going studies and an overall review of activities.
This document relates specifically to expert advice in the field of indigenous issues.
It is essential to ensure that, through its future institutional arrangements, the HRC will continue to provide means and mechanisms to address effectively the struggle for the eradication of societal alienation, “legal” deprivation of rights, ethnic/national discrimination and social exclusion that continue to afflict Indigenous Peoples throughout the world. This means, first and foremost, that the item “Indigenous issues” should be automatically included in the agenda of all the substantive sessions of the Council, as was the case of the annual regular sessions of the CHR since 1993/5 (needs to be checked).

Bajo la GA Res/60/251, párrafo 6, se le requiere al CDH que lleve a cabo el proceso en dos etapas. Primero, debe examinar todos los mandatos, mecanismos, funciones y responsabilidades de la Comisión. Es esencial asegurar que, a través de acuerdos institucionales futuros, el CDH continuará proveyendo medios y mecanismos para tratar de forma efectiva la lucha por la erradicación de la marginación social, la privación “legal” de los derechos, el discrimen por razones étnicas/nacionales y la exclusión social que continúa afligiendo a los Pueblos Indígenas de todo el mundo. Esto significa que, ante todo, el asunto “Cuestiones indígenas” debe ser incluido automáticamente en el orden del día de todas las sesiones sustantivas del Consejo, como es el caso de las sesiones regulares anuales del CDH desde 1993/5 (debe verificarse).
