Assemble to Stand Cart
Secure Locking Wheels.
The stand cart features 4 swivel casters that lock and will need to be engaged when not in use.
Engage all swivel caster locks before mounting the BPV to the stand cart.
Secure BPV to Stand Cart.
Secure the BPV to the stand cart by lifting the BPV above the stand cart, then lowering it so the swivel hoist ring to fits around the anchor hooks.
Ensure that the BPV housing is resting securely on the cradle supports.

Make Electrical Connections
Connect the power cable to the BPV actuator motor, located in the control panel.

Remove the Door Shield
Loosen the clamp then lift the door shield off of the BPV.

Connect the Wiring Harness
Feed the wiring harness through the designated hole in the door shield then twist the locking collar clockwise onto the connector until it is secure.

Reinstall the Door Shield
Lower the door shield back onto the BPV then tighten the clamp.
Assemble Extruder to BPV Adapter Kit
If your setup does not require a support device *to the extruder to BPV adapter kit is required to assemble the BPV to the extruder*.
Assemble Half of Adapter Kit to Extruder.
Mount half of the adapter kit to the last head of the extruder utilizing the supplied hardware.

Assemble Second Half to the BPV
Mount the second half of the adapter kit to the BPV utilizing the supplied hardware.
Assemble Extruder to BPV.
Utilizing a support device or approved lifting device, push the BPV towards the extruder, allowing both halves of the extruder to BPV adapter kit to mate.
