Hi
I've been using Wordfast for a while more or less successfully with
English-Russian translations.
But it doesn't seem to work for me for Russian-English translations.
It offers me 75% or higher matches that are not even in the source!!
In other words, the source and target don't match in a single word
and Wordfast says they do. I've even enabled "NoSubFuzzy" but it doesn't help. What am I doing wrong? This is very
strange.

For Wf are user groups at yahoo.com. Strange matches are rather frequent with Wf, just press ctrl + Alt + X.

I have a 4000-word text and all of it is just strange matches!

I finally had to revert to an old version of Wordfast where this bug was sorted.

with my language pairs EN-FR, NL-FR, I reorganised many times and Wordfast keeps on suggesting matches that are just weird.
I recenttly moved to Trados for that reason.

Could be just a system thing in which case, rebooting would do.
TM could be corrupt. (In which case, you simply create a new one and update it using your segmented document).
Normal.dot could be corrupt. Delete normal.dot and let Word create a new one.

Meanwhile, my problem has come back, I don't know what triggered it. Wordfast works fine for English into Russian, but finds hardly any or wrong matches when working from Russian into English.
