There is a forum designated to Powwows, so I would suggest you post there to make sure people find out. This is where you go to propose a new powwow:

Anna, that was the page to propose a Powwow.
The Powwow has already been proposed and it is already being advertised.
It is being advertised ALSO inside of PROz.
For some reason, nobody is signing.
I am after ways to attract people.
I am currently working on the words I write in the e-mail.
I got some help, but the e-mail we wrote together ALSO did not bring many people.
