The fantastic blog Hanzi Smatter is well known for documenting thousands of tattoos and signs that, well, were certainly lost in translation.

A famous case is a woman with a lovely hanzi/kanji tattoo that actually read "Crazy Diarrhea"... imagine explaining that one to your grandchildren
