¿Es Translation Manager de IBM compatible con Trados?

Estimados compañeros. Voy a realizar una traducción y para ello me piden que utilice la herramienta Trados. Otra agencia de traducción me exige que emplee la herramienta TM de IBM. Me gustaría saber si las TMs generadas por ambos softwares son compatibles. En caso negativo, ¿Cuál me recomedáis?

If I can remember correctly you can export IBM TM to tmx and of course Trados supports tmx export.
