I don’t know. Among my language pairs, I've been noticing for years a significant drop in French, Spanish and Italian compared to English, but as with everything in translation, this is extremely variable.

One more poll question that no individual translator could answer, and is anyway so vague that it's like a Rorschach Inkblot Test that could be interpreted in any way you want.

Following the AI development hype mostly done by English-based tech companies, I see a huge difference in the presence of the English language over any other language.

Also, in gaming localization, most of the job offers involve English, as it's very rare to find any language pair without English.

While I know English omnipresence isn't a new problem in translation, it seems AI is just making it worse.
