I am looking for a comparison tool that I used before but I have forgotten its name. What I have remembered is that the tool could let you: 1. compare Source language, target language and edited text; 2. compare if the numbers are exact match with source and target and 3. check if there is duplicated characters etc.
It would be great if someone happen to know the tool or recommend some tools with similar functions. Thank you very much.

I tried ApSIC Comparator, but it seems it could not compare the number with the source and target file. The tool I used, it could pick up the Arabic number in both source and target and compare if they are matched with each other.
