Most of my clients are (really) long term ones. Over the years we developed more friendly relationships. It is only right to exchange cards or small gifts with them. After all, I talk with them on a daily basis, it wouldn't be nice to just forget them when business is over. Of course, gifts are not sent to new or once in a blue moon clients, they only get a greetings e-mail. I usually send Christmas cards to my regular clients, but not presents as that would be a bit expensive. I like to send actual cards as I think it's a bit more personal than a generic Christmas greeting sent by email. | |

I send a card to all the clients I worked with during the year! | | | Anja Weggel Local time: 06:40 Membru (2007) din engleză în germană
I send out christmas greetings via e-mail (usually a pdf). It is much more efficient (and cheaper) than sending out cards per snail mail.

Always, for the New Year! At least an email, thanking for the smooth collaboration in the previous year and hoping we can work together as efficiently during the next year. We used to exchange snail mails but nowadays, most people in my network of agencies and colleagues donate the equivalent amount to an NGO that is mentioned in the email. I receive a yearly present from at least one agency and am invited to a couple of New Year (and/or other) banquets. O... See more Always, for the New Year! I receive a yearly present from at least one agency and am invited to a couple of New Year (and/or other) banquets. Once in a while, any time during the year, I take a PM or two out for lunch, send flowers to the secretary on “secretary day” or their birthday… “Des petits cadeaux qui entretiennent l’amitié” Marketing my way. ▲ Collapse | | | Număr de pagini: [1 2] > | To report site rules violations or get help, contact a site moderator: You can also contact site staff by submitting a support request » Poll: Do you send end-of-year greetings/presents to your clients?
