XY реши да извърши две идентични паралелни изпитвания от фаза III, за да удовлетвори регулаторните изисквания на нашата Глобална програма за развитие на лечението на болка при рак. Програмата на XY за развитие на лечението на болка при рак е обсъдена с Американската агенция по храните и лекарствата (FDA) и Европейската агенция по лекарствата (EMA). FDA потвърдиха, че се изискват две отделни изпитвания от фаза III, за да се завършат подходящите заявления за разрешение на ново лекарство за XXX за индикация на болка при рак.
Въпреки че предложените изпитвания от фаза III са идентични, те имат статистическа мощност самостоятелно и затова се разглеждат като две отделни изпитвания.

Translation - English A Review of the XXX Cancer Pain Indication Development Programme
XY decided to carry out two identical parallel phase III trials, in order to satisfy the regulatory requirements for our Global Cancer Pain Indication Development Programme. XY’s Cancer Pain Indication Development Programme has been discussed with the American Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the European Medicines Agency (EMA). FDA confirmed that two separate phase III trials are required in order to complete the relevant new drug applications for XXX cancer pain indication.
Although the proposed phase III trials are identical, they have statistical power on their own and are therefore viewed as two separate trials.
These phase III trials follow the phase II trial "A double-blind, randomised, placebo-controlled, parallel group dose-range exploration study of XXX oromucosal spray in relieving pain in patients with advanced cancer, who experience inadequate analgesia during optimised chronic opioid therapy". This trial was carried out in the UK, Belgium, the Czech Republic, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Poland, Romania, Spain, Canada, Mexico, Chile, the United States and South Africa.

I hold an MA in English and Translator’s qualifications from the University of Veliko Tarnovo, Bulgaria and an MSc in E-commerce from Coventry University, UK. I am also a qualified member (MITI) of the Institute of Translation & Interpreting.
I have been living in the UK since 2001 and I provide translation and interpreting services for various agencies in the UK and around the world. Currently, a big proportion of my work consists of providing translations for various UK government departments and public bodies. The type of documents varies from legal, financial statements, business contracts and deeds to pensions, health and social security-related, police and criminal justice-related, EU-related, as well as more general ones. For the above mentioned contracts, I provide both English to Bulgarian and Bulgarian to English translations.
Another area I specialise in is IT and computer-related translations, as well as website and software translation, localization and validation. I have been providing software localization, translation and validation services for the Xerox Corporation for a number of years. This is an ongoing project and includes the localisation of the machine user interface and web interface of various Xerox machines, translation of the user guides and in-house validation of the localised UI. I also take part in the translation and localization of various components of Microsoft Online Services.
Occasionally, I do telephonic and face-to-face interpreting, a large proportion of which is again for various government departments and public bodies in the UK, mainly HMRC, the NHS and the police.
I am a published translator. I have translated two IT books from English into Bulgarian: E-mail for Dummies and Upgrading And Fixing PCs for Dummies.
Between 1999 and 2001 I worked as a translator and interpreter for Technocentre Ltd – a Bulgarian automotive parts import company.
