Source text - English XXX has developed a novel device for non-invasive destruction of fat cells by focused ultrasound. The result is selective fat lysis by breaking the adipocyte membranes with no damage to neighboring structures like skin, blod vessels and peripheral nerves. For homogeneous and safe procedure, a tracking & guidance system has been developed. This system converts the medical procedure to an easy and safe procedure by an easy to follow user interface. The procedure is painless, under topical EMLA cream or equivalent, and can be carried out in an office without the need for an operating theater, anesthesia or any injection.

English to Spanish: Interproximal reduction when using aligners
Source text - English If interproximal reduction is not delivered at the appropriate time as indicated on the Reproximation Form, dental intrusion and/or posterior lateral open bite may be observed. This undesirable effect occurs when the aligner dimension becomes smaller than the physical dimension of the teeth and the affected teeth get "squeezed" apically. This problem can be avoided by making
sure the indicated amount of contact removal is achieved as indicated according to the patient’s Reproximation Form.
Translation - Spanish Si la reducción interproximal no se cumple en el tiempo apropiado como se indica en el Formulario de Reproximación, se puede observar intrusión dental y/o mordida abierta lateral posterior. Este efecto no deseado ocurre cuando el tamaño del alineador es menor que el tamaño físico de los dientes y los dientes afectados se ven "apretados" en el plano apical. English to Spanish: Exercise intensity & Borg's scale
Source text - English ‘A perceived exertion scale allows quantification of the subjective intensity of exercise. Ratings on Borg’s scale have been found to relate closely to other objective measures of exercise intensity, namely oxygen uptake and heart rate. The aim is to enable patients to achieve a level of ‘comfortable breathlessness’ while exercising, and so distinguish between high intensity and low to moderate intensity exercise. Patients can take several sessions to become familiar with and competent in the use of this scale. Levels of perceived exertion should only be used to guide the exercise intensity, as cardiac patients may report significantly lower scores of perceived exertion at a given intensity of exercise when compared to age-matched controls. Pulse monitoring is best done by using pulse monitors, which may help patients until they are familiar with and competent in the use of the Borg scale.’
