Spanish to English Bus/Financial Tourism & Travel Hotel chain incentive scheme
Not sure if anyone can help me with this or not. This is for a hotel chain's incentive scheme where employees receive bonuses for signing management/lease agreements with new hotels. In this section they are discussing calculating the tax base for the incentive payment and I'm not entirely sure of the term "ficha". I'll give you some context:

Hotelero."

Is it just referring to a file of some kind? Or the hotel's books?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I didn't feel like any of the previous questions/responses fit the context, hence the new question...

This has been asked 93 times! It means record, file, document, sheet... take your pick.

Or figures.
1. For management contracts: To be calculated on the revenue projections
based on the **records/firgures** of the Hotel Project in question.

For some reason, I think I prefer it in plural.

2. For leasing contracts, the "Basic fee" or "Honorarium" shall be understood to mean "basic" is equal to 3% of the total income on the basis of the Hotel Project's **figures**.

record

There are many ways to translate this, but record is the one I've seen most commonly used in legal documents.
Example sentence:
