Man kennt nur die Mutter. Der eigene Geschmack orientiert sich an ihrem. Nicht umsonst lieben es kleine Mädchen, sich mit noch viel zu weiten Sachen als ihre Mutter zu verkleiden.

non è la traduzione letterale, quella l'ha già proposta Manuela. Solo che mi sembra un modo di esprimere il concetto più naturale: le bambine frugano nell'armadio della mamma e si mettono i suoi vestiti...
