Xscape is the name of an entertainment complex in Milton Keynes with an indoor ski slope (the ski slope is called SNO!zone). They use machines to produce 'real' snow.

Actually, it should read 'indoor ski slopes', as there's more than one.
"Xscape, Milton Keynes is the ultimate entertainment destination offering a unique combination of extreme sports and leisure activities for all ages, where you can play, eat and shop all day and all night.
Where else can you find the country’s biggest indoor REAL snow slopes, Europe’s first purpose-built body flying tunnel! , rock climbing walls, bowling, multiplex cinema, gym and fitness centre, numerous bars and restaurants and urban retail outlets all under 1 roof?"
