English term

to exit EB-5 Capital

English Bus/Financial Investment / Securities investment, EB-5, immigration
Capital Events.

The Project shall be sold, convert to condominiums or refinanced in approximately five (5) to seven (7) years after the construction of the Project to exit EB-5 Capital.

Could someone rephrase it in an easily understood way, please? The part "to exit EB-5 Capital" confuses me. Thanks a lot.

to exit=leave or finish with here.
So, no longer use EB-5 Capital by refinancing, selling or converting into condos.

It's one part of a bunch of measures ensuring that the American society can be a melting pot of nations and ideas and it is a true welcome for entrepreneurs.
