If the underlying never reaches nor breaches the barrier between the issue date and the final fixing date, the *notional* will be paid back for each (name of reverse convertible) independently of the underlying price at maturity. In addition, the coupon is paid out at maturity.

A reverse convertible is usually structured as a combination of a normal fixed-income security and a sold put option; in the case at hand, apparently using a barrier option.
If the barrier is not triggered, the bonds nominal amount will be repaid.
