Re-thermed

English Other Cooking / Culinary gastronomy
• Cooking times and temperatures have been specifically designed for our low-temperature re-therming methods.
Please disregard preparation instructions listed on packaging by the manufacturer.
• Cooking times may vary depending on the product's core temperature entering the oven, amount of product in
the oven and variance in oven temperatures. Re-thermed products should always reach a minimum internal
temperature of 16S*F for 30 seconds.

We ship our meals to a facility where 1500 meals are re-thermed daily and packed out into delivery vehicles...
