the Edge Trim System is normally installed immediately after the Leveling System. The Edge Trim System is then followed by the accumulation loop and the new Feed System. Depending on the system, speed matching between the Edge Trim System and the existing Leveling System can be accomplished electronically or mechanically. With this configuration, the material will pass through the Leveling System and then immediate lyenter the Edge Trim where the strip is trimmed to the proper width.
