Expresia Bruxelles II se utilizează adesea pentru a se face referire la Regulamentul (CE) nr. 2201/2003 al Consiliului din 27 noiembrie 2003 privind competența, recunoașterea și executarea hotărârilor judecătorești în materie matrimonială (divorț, custodie, răpire internațională de minori) și în materia responsabilității parentale față de copiii comuni
În loc de Bruxelles II se poate folosi titulatura completă: Regulamentul (CE) nr. 2201/2003 al Consiliului din 27 noiembrie 2003

Yes, I know. In this case, I considered that it is better to leave it like that, without translating the word "issue". If you want to have translated "issue" as well, I'll suggest to use "Documentul Bruxelles II" sau "Actul Bruxelles II".
