sau "avocatul tribunalului", un calc (nu ştiu cât de inspirat) după franceză.

: avocatul nu asista niciodata un judecator. sensul lui "lawyer" este aici, ca de altfel, de cele mai multe ori, de "jurist/consilier juridic", si nu de avocat - attorney at law, asa cum l-am intelege noi

Cred că era bine să citeşti şi definiţia de mai sus, care spune că "A court attorney is a lawyer who works with and assists the judge".

nu e specialitatea mea, dar din cate imi amintesc in SUA exista district, state and federal courts/attorneys(District Attorney, state Attorney General or federal United States Attorney )
