je malo staro pitanje, ali dodajem još jedan primjer, jer mi se niti jedan od punuđenih odgovora ne čini odgovarajućim;
• The possessive credit (a film by Mr. Smith, a Mr. Smith film, or Mr. Smith’s movie) can only be used if Mr. Smith performed two of the following three functions: director, writer, and producer.

evo jedan primjer u drugom kontekstu, pa me zanima ostajete li pri vašem prijedlogu ?
Too true. That’s why after a big hit that director’s next film will be advertised as “from the director of ‘director’s last big hit’” and not with the director’s name. Studios don’t give a ....... to put some name above the title. Directors negotiate for the possesive credit themselves. Which b.t.w can result in weird titles…Maybe it’s just me but there is a strange irony in titles like: “John Carpenter’s Escape from L.A.”

.. odn. logo serije treba se pojaviti zajedno s dokazom o vlasništvu za tvorca (autora) "XY" kojega mora priložiti korisnik licence.

- može li se to raditi i o onom natpisu 'zasluga za vlasništvo' ?
