In fact, in item 3 ("Let us review... etc."), the word is even preceded by the company's name (I assume XXXX stands for the name of the company).

Althogh it does not appear to be a name of a product, it still sounds like the name of a branded service that the company is introducing. They are calling it "Ritual" with capital R and are comparing it with traditional services.

"Ritual" is not the brand name.Let me give more context "A/ RITUAL PROCEDURES:This year we have the opportunity to re-address the way we portray the core features of our services (diagnosis and treatment procedure) by introducing new steps to TRANSITION to the Ritual.
Three simple steps
1- focus on comfort of the client from the beginning of the Ritual,
2- enhancing its value compared to traditional treatment services.
3- Let us review one-by-one the phases of the in-salon XXXX Ritual"
