“Actual Capacity” means any of Actual Power Capacity, Actual Steam Capacity and Actual Water Capacity, as applicable.
“Actual Power Capacity” means:
(i) prior to the Phase II Commercial Operation Date, the power capacity (in MW) that is actually available for dispatch from the Phase I Plant at any time calculated based on the number of Phase I Power Units in operation at that time in accordance with Attachment E (Actual Capacity) of Appendix K-1 (Calculation of Payment for the Phase I Plant); and
(ii) on and from the Phase II Commercial Operation Date, the power capacity (in MW) that is actually available for dispatch from the Integrated Plant at any time calculated based on the number of Power Units in operation at that time in accordance with Attachment E (Actual Capacity) of Appendix K-2 (Calculation of Payment for the Phase PI Plant and the Integrated Plant),

“Capacity Payments” means any of the Capacity Payment for Power, the Capacity Payment for Steam and the Capacity Payment for Water, as applicable.
“Capacity Payment for Power” means the Phase I Capacity Payment for Power prior to the Phase II Commercial Operation Date and both the Phase I Capacity Payment for Power and the Phase II Capacity Payment for Power thereafter.
“Capacity Payment for Steam” means the Phase I Capacity Payment for Steam prior to the Phase II Commercial Operation Date and both the Phase I Capacity Payment for Steam and the Phase II Capacity Payment for Steam thereafter.
