sto traducendo un testo di informatica dall'inglese relativo ad alcune app. Devo inserire la traduzione in francese di alcuni termini e frasi. So che in francese si usa télécharger e téléchargement sia per download sia per upload. In una frase come questa "It’s possible to load the following file types (and download them via...)" faccio fatica a esprimere le due differenti azioni in francese. Qualcuno può aiutarmi?

Non déplaise à Samuël, I'd avoid 'mettre en ligne', as that is actually a specific, often separate action: you can often find things like "upload your website [etc.] now, but don't put it online till you are ready later"

"Mettre en ligne" is another possible rendering, but fits less into this context.

Ribadisco anche che, vista la coppia linguistica (EN>FR) mi sfugge il motivo dell'impiego dell'italiano.
effectivement télécharger peut être utilisé pour les deux, mais si les deux sont présents il faut différencier les termes, on peut trouver téléverser néologisme (pour le Canada et FR), uploader (anglicisme) ou mettre en ligne pour "upload", et télécharger pour download.
"Transférer des données d’un ordinateur local vers un ordinateur distant, via un réseau de télécommunications (par opposition à télécharger) : Téléverser ses photos sur un site Web."
