Well, I don't think there is an other term, at least in British English. "Recargador" SIM cards you have to pre-load by paying for data, as opposed to "post-pag0" when you use the data and they bill you for it at a later date. "parque" is a difficult one. You could say group or segment, but I would go with customers.
