Nadam se da će pomoći: Consumers should be informed if the smoky taste of a particular food is due to the addition of smoke flavourings. In accordance with Directive 2000/13/EC, the labelling should not confuse the consumer as to whether the product is smoked conventionally with fresh smoke or treated with smoke flavourings. Directive 2000/13/EC needs to be adapted to the definitions of flavourings, smoke flavourings and the term ‘natural’ for the description of flavourings laid down in this Regulation.

Potrošače bi trebalo obavijestiti ako je okus dimljenja kod određenih prehrambenih proizvoda postignut dodavanjem aroma dima. U skladu s Direktivom 2000/13/EZ, oznaka ne bi trebala zbunjivati potrošača u odnosu na to je li proizvod dimljen konvencionalno svježim dimom ili je obrađen aromama dima. Direktivu 2000/13/EZ treba prilagoditi definicijama aroma, aroma dima i izraza „prirodna” za opis arome, koje su utvrđene u ovoj Uredbi.

which one? smoked, flavored ham (real ham) - dimljena šunka
ham with/of smoked flavor - šunka s aromom dima (ham made from cheaper meat, really not smoked just flavored)

(this Easter I was a "victim" because I did not know the difference :(
