índices de preços e de correção monetária

That would be a mistake. Although 'monetary restatement' as a colocation does appear in standard English, its meaning has nothing to do with indexation in the sense of your context.

Acabei usando "price and monetary restatement indexes".
Mario Freitas Feb 18, 2014:

It is shameful and reprehensible that the health care industry has not been able to reign in its costs, and has so grossly exceeded the Consumer Price and inflation indexes. If the industry can't bring order to an out of control system, perhaps the U.S. Congress should step and help them out.

price and monetary correction indexes

I think that the word "indexes" refers both to "preços" and "correção monetária".

(monetary) restatement and price rates

Prefiro "rate" do que "index". É muito mais comum no meio financeiro. E correção montetária é restatement.
