Catalan term

I signifiquen

Not for points Catalan to English Law/Patents Law (general) Police report regarding a death
On the last page of a police report by the Mossos d'Esquadra to report a death it says

"I SIGNIFIQUEN:
Que s'adjunta còpia d'aquestes diligències per al Ministeri Fiscal"

I have translated this as

"ACCORDINGLY:
- A copy of this report has been sent to the Ministry of the Interior"

Does that sound right in legal terminology or is there a standard alternative?

And (hereby) declare

"Significar" means "declare" so I'd suggest "And declare" or "And hereby declare". You might need to modify it slightly for continuity depending on the syntax in the preceding section(s). HTH.
