Verhältnisventil würde ich besser Mischventil nennen.

The stop/speed ratio valve also acts as an independent stop valve. It is equipped with an interposed, hydraulically-actuated trip relay that can trip the valve closed independent of control signals to the servo valve.

"proportional" (in a.m. links) led me to the idea of Proprotionalvenil or even Druckregler. The expression "cur speed ratio valve" may relate to Strömungsregler, as the flow (gas current) pilotes the rotational speed of the turbine. But this already speculation.

Wenn schon geraten wird ...
Ich denke, es geht hier um die Drehzahlregelung einer Turbine mittels eines über den "Stromausgang" des P-Reglers (häufig 4 m- 20 mA) proportial betätigten Stellglieds.
