Why is this training not presented in French?

I was happy to see SDL Trados finally (once in a long time) offering a course about Studio 2015 sorry Studio 2017! Unfortunately, everything about this Getting started Part 1 from the objectives to the further development, and the target audience is written only in English as if they were not that much interested in explaining to their french-speaking audience what this training is all about.
